1. Bookings and Estimations

Any price estimates provided online are based on standard properties. Final invoice details will be confirmed upon visual inspection by local team managers on-site.

2. Access and Safety

Customers must provide our cleaners access to the property (running water, electricity, keys/access codes). Our cleaners reserve the right to cancel a clean if they identify high hazard zones on-site.

3. Payment Terms

Payment details are finalized after completion of the cleaning job. We accept credit card processing, local bank transfers, and official invoicing for commercial clients.
